The following rules are applied to all money transfers processed in our system:
- All our real money games are played with EUR (€).
- The company employs a strict policy that does not allow members to deposit with or withdraw to any method that is not registered to them.
- A withdrawal request will only be processed if the name of the account holder matches the name provided in the Personal Info. Otherwise the request will be rejected.
- Funds deposited via credit/debit card, NETELLER and/or Moneybookers should be obligatorily withdrawn back using the same method in accordance with our withdrawal prioritization rule. According to this rule, withdrawals must be made first back to a credit/debit card, then to NETELLER and only then to Moneybookers. This rule is not applied to WebMoney, bank deposits nor to deposits made via Maestro credit/debit cards issued in the UK.

Credit card/ Debit card
We accept VISA (including virtual cards), VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards (issued in the United Kingdom and Ireland for deposits in GBP). All credit/debit card transactions are processed through a secure link with the processor and are completely safe.
Credit card/ debit card transactions are available in several currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK.
Deposits
In order to make a deposit using a credit/debit card, you will need to log into the “Cashier”, click on the “Deposit” tab and choose the “Credit/Debit Card” deposit option. Once there, you should fill in the requested fields and follow the on-screen instructions. As a promotional offer, all credit/debit card deposit fees are currently covered by us. Upon approval your account will be credited instantly.
Depending on the financial institution, online payments through VISA Electron cards might be restricted. For additional information, please contact the card issuing bank.
Depending on the internal policies of the credit/debit card issuing banks, all transfers to sites offering online casino might be blocked. If your deposit attempts are rejected, please consult your bank, or use an alternative deposit method.
In order to provide additional security, all payments in our system are made using Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. If supported by the issuing bank, there will be an additional requirement to enter a password, provided by your bank, in order to confirm the payment. Please contact your financial institution for more information on how to obtain such a password.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal of winnings to a credit/debit card is possible under the following conditions:
- it is a VISA/VISA Electron card,
- there was at least one successful deposit made from that card within the last 12 months,
- that credit/ debit card is still valid.
Please note for every credit/ debit card deposit, a withdrawal must be made using the same currency.
NB! We do not process refunds to MasterCard due to their policy and we are currently unable to process refunds to Switch/Solo/Maestro UK cards.
Money will reach your bank account connected to a credit/ debit card within 3-7 business days after our confirmation of a successfully processed transaction. However, depending on the issuing bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach an account.

NETELLER
NETELLER is a payment system that provides instant and secure online money transfers. All information required to open an account is available at http://www.neteller.com/.

Moneybookers
Moneybookers is an electronic system of payments on the Internet. To sign up for an account and find out more information about Moneybookers please follow the link http://www.moneybookers.com/.
Moneybookers transactions are available in several currencies: EUR, CZK, DKK, USD, GBP, SEK, NOK, PLN.
Deposits
In order to make a deposit via Moneybookers, you will need to log into the “Cashier”, click on the “Deposit” tab and check "More options" to see the entire list of “Moneybookers” deposit options available for you. Once here, you should fill in the blank fields and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Withdrawals
If you have an account with Moneybookers, to withdraw funds go to the Withdrawal section and follow the instructions that will lead you through the process of taking money out of the system. Withdrawal of funds to Moneybookers is possible at anytime, under the condition you do not have unrefunded credit/debit card and NETELLER deposits. Funds will reach your Moneybookers account instantly after our confirmation of a successfully processed transaction.

WebMoney
WebMoney is an electronic purse, which allows you to make secure money transfers in real time. In order to use WebMoney, you will need to install the client program on your computer, register yourself in the WebMoney system and obtain a WebMoney Identificator (WMID). To learn more about WebMoney and sign up for an account, please visit http://www.webmoney.ru/.
Upon creating a WMID, special WebMoney purses are formed, which are electronic accounts used to conduct transactions with the WebMoney title signs. Each purse has a number, which contains payment details of the owner of a WebMoney Identificator. This number consists of 12 digits and a prefix indicating the currency for which it is intended (e.g. WME – EUR).
Each transaction in the WebMoney system is charged a commission of 0,8% of the payment amount, but not less than 0,01 WME.
Depending on the currency of your WebMoney purse, WebMoney transactions are available in: EUR, USD and UAH.
NB! According to WebMoney policy transfers to/from gaming sites cannot be conducted through a Russian Ruble purse (WMR).

Offered goods and services are not provided on order of a person or company, who runs WebMoney Transfer System. We are an independent entity providing services and making decisions about pricing and offers ourselves. Companies, running WebMoney Transfer System do not receive any commission, interest fees or any other awards/refunds for the provided goods or services and are not liable for our activities.
Verification done by the WebMoney Transfer System only confirms the accuracy of our contact details and proves identity. Verification is performed upon our own initiation and does not imply or demonstrate any connection with WebMoney System operator sales.
Deposits
We support two types of transfers via the WebMoney system:
- WebMoney Merchant Transfer
- WebMoney Invoice
WebMoney Merchant Transfer
In order to make a deposit through WebMoney Merchant Transfer, you will need to log into the "Cashier", click on the "Deposit" tab, choose "WebMoney" from the list of available methods and select the "WebMoney Merchant Service" radio button. Once this is done, you will need to fill in the blank fields and follow the on-screen instructions.
WebMoney Invoice
In order to make a deposit through WebMoney Invoice, you will need to log into the "Cashier", click on the "Deposit" tab, choose "WebMoney" from the list of available methods and select the "WebMoney Invoice" radio button. Once selected an additional field named "WebMoney ID" will appear and the system will prompt you to insert the WebMoney Identifier. After pressing the "Next" button, an Invoice will be sent to your WMID.
In order for the money to be credited to your playing account, you will need to start the WebMoney Keeper and pay the invoice received from Entraction Operation Limited.
NB! Upon receiving the invoice, please save its number (Reference # in the store). If you forget to do so, and close the invoice window, you can still find the number in the transactions history of your WebMoney purse.
After you have paid the invoice, please go back to the Cashier/Deposit/WebMoney section, enter the "Invoice Number" into the "WebMoney Invoice Payment Verification" field, click on "Verify Invoice Payment" and money will be instantly credited to your gaming account.
Withdrawals
If you have an account with WebMoney, feel free to use it for withdrawals. The funds will reach your WebMoney account instantly after our confirmation of a successfully processed transaction. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals via WebMoney to the same currency, which was previously used for depositing.

Bank Transfer
You can transfer money directly from your bank account without any additional payment systems.
Deposits
To avoid any delay in crediting funds into your gaming account, please enter your username and the bonus code into the details of your payment, and notify us of your bank transfer by sending an email to support@playcherry.com.
Please be aware that banks may charge a fee for International Bank Transfers. The fee may differ from time to time and has nothing to do with PlayCherry. If such a fee is charged by involved banks, the amount showing on your account with PlayCherry will differ from the amount deposited since your bank is transferring the deposited amount minus their fee.

Withdrawals
If you wish to have money sent to your bank account we would be happy to make the transfer. You only need to make sure that you provide us with your banking details. This can be made online in the "Bank Info" section of the Cashier.
Please note that you need to enter your bank account number (including the bank code), not the credit card number, into the "Account Number" field, otherwise, we will not be able to process your bank transfer request.
In order to perform a bank transfer in the European Economic Area, you must provide an IBAN-International Bank Account Number. If you do not know your IBAN, we recommend you to request this information from your bank. You may also find it from your bank statement.
Please make sure to include your bank's SWIFT code (also known as BIC) for international payments. This information is necessary to identify your financial institution. SWIFT code is an international standard and consists of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters.
Bank transfers to Sweden, Denmark and Poland are processed in local currencies. If your bank resides in one of the listed countries, but the bank account is opened in another currency, please let us know by sending an email to support@playcherry.com prior to requesting a withdrawal.
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the money to arrive on your account.

Check Withdrawals
All checks are sent with registered mail. Normally, you should receive a check within 2-3 weeks.
For the bank to issue the check correctly, valid personal information must be registered with the account.
NB! We do not take any responsibility for the postal service problems related to check delivery or check cash out problems in the bank if the check was sent correctly from our side. The payee is responsible for covering all additional costs incurred due to any such problems encountered.
Please note that all check withdrawals are charged an additional fee. As the amount of fee varies depending on the country of destination, we suggest you verify the fee in the Cashier. In order to avoid the charges, we highly recommend a bank withdrawal instead, as the fees for bank withdrawals are covered by us.

Exchange rates/Currency conversion
All our real money games are played with EUR (€).
Payments processed in currencies other than EUR, and supported by PlayCherry, are converted at the exchange rate derived from http://www.xe.com/ once per day. Each conversion is also charged a commission of 0.75% of the deposited/withdrawn amount.
Payments made in currencies other than EUR, but not supported by PlayCherry, will be converted into EUR by a customer’s bank or a respective payment system. The exchange rate and fees charged in this case are governed directly by a customer’s bank or a respective payment system.

Withdrawal Fees
Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every 30 days. For more frequent withdrawals the fee is €10 or 100 VIP-points. If you wish to withdraw funds using several methods, we suggest you request them all in one form.
We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs (including the cost of the deposit) for withdrawals of funds that have not been put into play.
Please note:
PlayCherry, reserves the right to ask for documents at any time in order to prove the identity of the client. The client will have to provide identification whenever the client makes withdrawals of funds amounting to €2000 or more.
